Weird Dead on HC

I have big problem. 15 min ago I joined some game to make some trade. During this (with opened trade window) other char (sorcery i think) make hostile for me (and few other chars). 30 sek later i have seen message "Your character died..." I was in town all time ! How the h... is it possible ??

but is there a chance to be revived ? It's not my fault. Maybe some hacks, game bugs or what ? Sry for my english. Blizzard Help me plz :/

http://img703.imageshack.us/img703/1830/screenshot049.jpg|||That's no hack. It's a glitch abuse. Sadly by the numer of incidents i see on other forums it's currently a very popular method to TownKill players. But even then Blizzard won't revive your HC toon.
The sorceress who hostiled you for sure had a rogue hireling with her who kept firing arrows (prolly IAS and Enchant buffed) at the werebear druid near the town entrance. Now a rogue' arrows fired towards town don't expire when they actually enter town. They keep traveling their normal distance or til they hit something.
Blizzard's Legacy team should be made aware of it, even if they do know about that glitch abuse already. The more reports to them the more likely it get's fixed. Give them a notice on Tech Support Forum or via email.

Unfortunately, your character will never be revived. Try to investigate the common ways that those pesky players prey on the unknowing in Hardcore. If you're aware of the methods, you're more likely to not fall for them. I'm sorry for your loss.

Then their merc can't kill you in town.
And NEVER go in a town portal or down a waypoint for" free" stuff... they'll kill you every time. People who are REALLY giving away free stuff drop it in town by the stash.
Blizard will never revive a HC character for any reason.
Finally: Don't use your mom's credit card to buy a lot of stuff for Hardcore. All you will do is run up the credit card and die anyway. Then your mom will not be happy.|||

You could also just create private games instead of even risking joining a game with other players.
