Would this build be any good? (Assassin)

Haven't had one but:
How would it work? Seems like a pretty mediocre idea to me. Mostly assassins work best off creating corpses for death sentry. Still could i suppose but dragon talon does it better as you take down one target at a time. Or blade fury or heck even dragon claw.
If you do try it, you can only have one of fade or burst of speed active so maxing both is probably a bad idea (and burst of speed has diminishing returns so you usually don't max it anyways). And cloak of shadows can't be recast until the duration is up so you typically only want 1+skills in it - it''s a great skill, just not worth investing more than 1 in.
