Spam Bots And Hacks - Blizz Read Plz

Any chance you guys can prevent these d2item sites from soliciting in your game , the "spam bots" are worse then last ladder, 2-4 will come in a single game and fill the whole screen with promotions; And when they leave , 2-4 more join again...
Why didnt you guys work on stopping people from hacking either?
People are continuing to ruin the game by using different hacks to be on top in d2.

really dont get again why - it seems so, at least to me - you do not even try to do anything against this abuse in first place, instead of changing/modifying other game mechanics. Like said above it's worse than ever before in any way...
We had multiple threads about this in the beta-forum section to 1.13, so there is no need for more details or explanations according to this problem...
