Building a lightning sorceress

I want to build a lightning sorc that can do either most or all of the quests on her own. I already have gear, but i'm open to suggestions on that. Does anyone know how to make the perfect lightning sorc?|||Also, i'm gonna be maxing out lightning, so having another type of damage is out of the question.|||Check this out

enough str for gear (156 spirit)

edit : was looking at the link above, and found a very bad guide, suggesting ES with level 1 Telekinesis, lol. he was also saying that Griffon was the best helmet for the build (this is false, a 3lite/20fcr/2os is superior), same with Mara's, a 3lite/100 life or 3lite/10fcr is superior once again. And LoL I just read that he wasn't suggesting any pair of boots because they all "sucked". Treks are the best hands down to achieve FHR frames.
