However, once you reach clvl 30, you can put all the Points you want in any Skill, up to the maximum of 20.|||

Heh did you expect to be able to put all your saved points into Chain Lightning once you reached lvl 18?
Add skill points to Chain Lightning's synergies if you want more power right away or do what all chars do: gain levels. There's a reason character levels go up to 99.|||Yes, I did expect that.
And thanks for the link Justin, I'll check it out!!!|||Saving points used to be pretty important to a lot of builds. However now that you can respec you may as well spend all or most of your points as you get em. For a light build you may as well put some points into charged bolt or lightning before you get CL. Then you can respec at 30 or 40 or so and max out lightning mastery and CL.
