Pretty suggestion for blizzard for 1.14 patch

what about adding an item rare as a zod rune that allow to edit an item attributes ? homewer only 1 attribute would be possible to edit at once....so editing many attribute would require many of that item
attribute such as switch non-ethereal to ethereal......add ice damage...etc...but only one modification per use as i wrote up there...so to make a very good item it would need at least 3-7 use of it
blue items(jewels included) would be limited to one prefixe and suffixe + skill bonus if the item can have it + item quality
yellow items(jewels included) would have a set amount of max attributes allowed on them....i'am not sure but if i'am correct a yellow item has the right to 6 attributes maximum + possibility to be ethereal or not
for brown/gold items(except runewords)....well maybe possibility to boost their attribute by a X amount by using the item to increase their quality

example of a item created using it....artisanal winged barb helm of the squid.....attributes would be 3 socket....80 life...3 to whirlwind....3 to battle order....3 to increased speed.....lvl 30 require to use it......that would be like using 5 time that item that would be rare as a zod.......so it would be like using 5 zod runes to create it......so pretty pricey to make a godly item :)
hopefully this would be consider and added :) and i wont ask any credit for it.....that would just make the game more enjoyable for all....so thats why i do make that suggestion
