A doubt between the runewords

so hi gals
atm i have a lvl 70 soso (nm) on HC and atm my armor sucks (darkglow) and i have gathered the runes for the runeword lionheart.
then i saw the runeword smoke.
now i am doubting between the two. one thing is that i have chromatic ire, which gives me +21% to max life. seeing this and knowing that lionheart has + life and + vitality (50 + (20 x 2) = 90) which would you guys advice me to use? my res in hell are not very good, all around 10 or something, anya quest in nm still has to be done. i also have 0 points in vita because i do not use energy shield (teleport, get hit no mana get more hits = fail)
