Game Freeze Problem

So, 1/4 times when I make a game, it freezes on the channel screen when I press create game, then goes to a black screen which then leads to the Failed to Join. When I make another game after that, my character is stuck in a downward direction wherever i click. Some help please, this is making the game difficult to play lol
