This is why blizz doesnt stop spam

Isn't it obvious? Blizzard is getting a cut from the profits, if not already owning the companies to increase revenue.
I honestly can't think of any other reason why blizzard allows these bots to keep spamming.
I had the SAME account, and the SAME character spam my game six times (along with various other bots/accounts). Yet, when I left and joined a game TWICE, I got a 6 hour "temp ban". A rag tag team of developers from the 90's could do a better job against these spam bots.
This game has become unplayable for legit players.|||I got one that's just as likely:
No one reports them because they would prefer to complain about spambots than do something about them.

They are being reported, as well as the sites that allow you to download hacks etc. NOTHING is being done about this. Just ask yourself why Blizz wont react to the bots/sites, then you have your answer. the same bots are still spamming and still running Diablo and Baal. Item sites have ruined this game and D2Jsp is responsible too. Once again money talks.|||

I did. I suspect it has to do with the copious amount of CD-keys they have, and just picking the next CD-key on the list and botting all over again.
While there is more that could be done about detecting the programs that allow botters to spam in public games and taking action against it, I'm pretty sure that they do in fact terminate spammers. They do have to take enough time, however, to determine whether or not someone is reporting an actual spammer, or someone was upset that his rush took too long. I also believe that it will take some time to wear down the item site stores of fresh CD-keys.
