Question about Zod rune

[:1]If eth runeword breaks, (reaches 0 durability), i clean it with hel rune+scroll, then put Zod on it, then remove the Zod rune, would the item have its durability recharged ?|||No. An Item with durability zero stays at zero when a Zod rune is inserted. It does neither recharge nor repair an item.
