Throw barbarian -- transition to hell

[:1]Well, I made it to the beginning of hell with flying colors. However, as soon as I got to the tower in the black marsh, a beast waited within to inform me that I am not welcome in this realm of difficulty -- a ghost! Previous to now, I had been building my character to have as much minimum damage as possible. With cruel hurlbats and my combat gear on, double throw does at least 2000 with each throw... but since my greatest source of elemental damage is raven frost and I have only mediocre (if that) elemental damage charms, it can take me multiple trips back to town to refill on axes and potions to take out a gaggle of physical immunes.
So... my resolve is to find one of the elite throwing axes, either the flying or winged axe. I've been magic finding in the Ancient's Way, NM players 8, because I've seen flying axes drop. I'm hoping that one day the flying axe will drop unique, but I was wondering if I was wasting my time and that I would actually have to hunt in higher level areas since the unique drop of the flying axe needs to be in a higher level area than just where the flying axe can drop.
Or any other ideas with how to best physical immunes? Running is not an option.|||Apparently, after 100+ views, running is the only option.|||You can find a rare trow weapon which proc amplify damage, or equip u merc with one, or use the
unique amulet atma scarab.
That i can think for now, i hope anyone of these option can be useful in you case
sorry for my english.|||Lacerator is your friend (33% ctc Amp on striking). It can be found only in Hell (Diablo and A5 bosses can drop it) , so better buy it.|||

Better buy it? What do you mean buy it?|||Trade with other players. NPCs don't sell uniques.|||Yes Lacerator or Atma's Scarab can be your friend. But there are PI's in the game whose immunity can't be broken so it's a good idea to have some elemental damage weapon at hand like Gimmershred. You can shop magical or gamble rare throwing axes with good elemental damage. Add in a poison charm or Open Wounds modifier to prevent the PI's regen and you're good to go.|||

1. You could always skip those pesky ghosts, and continue with the game.
2. You could go for massive poison damage (stacks really easily).
3. You could use a Diablo II Item Editor to give yourself the unique flying axe you need.
